If an emergency should arise and you cannot attend your scheduled appointment or the initial location you registered for, payment can be applied to a future appointment or any class in the city/location of your choice up to 1 year from initial reservation date.

If you are processing payment with a credit card in a name other than that associated to the invoice, please let us know so we can reissue in the cardholders name.

The purchase of the Profosma Jet and/or Fibroblast Spot and consumables is a final sale and non refundable. We offer a 2 year warranty on devices purchased.
